A strongly built Gand male is sitting at a newscaster’s desk.  Known as Gorjan Fritah and popular in the Shadola sector, he starts the broadcast with the usual catch phrase:

*The camera switches to a shot of the Gas Giant Skeebo III before its redevelopment, a lush gas giant with promising potential

“Many of the sector’s sentients remember the plan put forward by Alissma’s Spiritual Leader Kuro Neko. For those that don’t, it was an ambitious plan to develop a gas giant that catered to any sentients who were looking to find a safe home. On neutral ground controlled by Alissma and blessed by Ara, Skeebo III offered cheap plots to any sentient who was willing to follow the building code and respect their neighbours.”

*The camera switches to a shot of Skeebo III, a desolate wasteland of overcrowded buildings, hotels, taverns and casinos blot the landscape and destroy the previous beauty that once was where many called a safe and happy home.

The host’s translated voice has a tone of sadness now: “As you can see, not everyone on this bustling planet respected what was requested of them.  Due to the new residence’s greed and lust for power and money, corruption spread like wildfire on the planet. With her new appointment as High Priestess, Ms. Alicia De`Kova has set herself a tough task, restoring Skeebo III to its former glory.  Now a word from Miss De`Kova”

*The camera switches to High Priestess De`Kova dressed in purple robes with yellow-gold accents highlighted with black stones, along with an Alissma logo on her rear back, traditional ceremonial attire, standing on the balcony of one of the Cathedrals on Skeebo III she begins to speak into the microphone:

“With Ara’s and our Spirtual Leader Kuro Neko’s blessing, Skeebo III will begin redevelopment, in this spiritual awakening we will cast out the hate that has filled this beautiful planet and restore this lush Gas Giant into the graces of Ara again. All previous building plans will be reviewed and reassessed as inaction for building facilities on Skeebo III has to come to a close. I respectfully ask all sentients that have had plans, but not carried them out to contact me so we can asses the matter together and come to peaceful and mutual resolution on your claims.

"As I speak, local representatives of Alissma are preparing more shelters and food banks in order to assist the residents in their time of need. Many factions and galactic leaders and visionaries, including James Ices and Dac Kain have provided support and help in every way they can, they as the galaxy, would like to see a planet where all sentients are equal.
