With the next sync, faction requirements will change in the following ways:

1. Member requirements for non-governments will be eliminated (technically, decrease to 1).
2. Member requirements for governments will decrease to 15.
3. Asset requirements will increase in the following ways:

For Paramilitary factions (Bounty Hunters, Mercenaries, Pirates):
- Minimum capital to 100,000,000 credits
- Creation fee to 50,000,000 credits

For General and Medical Production factions:
- Minimum capital to 150,000,000 credits
- Creation fee to 100,000,000 credits

For Mining and Recycling facttions:
- Minimum capital to 75,000,000 credits
- Creation fee to 50,000,000 credits

For Services factions (Information, Trading, Religion):
- Minimum capital to 50,000,000 credits
- Creation fee to 50,000,000 credits

Government requirements will change in the following ways:
- Planet requirements remain at 5
- System requirements are added, 2 systems required
- Sector requirements remain at 1
- Minimum capital increased to 1,000,000,000 credits
- Creaton fee increased to 200,000,000 credits
- Minimum population increased to 1,000,000,000 inhabitants

These requirements are subject to tweaking in the future if they seem to be off. We will evaluate and re-assess.

UPDATE: The Minimum Capital and Creation Fee requirements will go into effect within the next 24 hours; member and system requirements will still need to wait for a sync.

UPDATE2: Minimum Capital/Creation Fee requirements have gone live.
