Any of the Darkness owned homeworlds will have an NPC shop and not be shielded. Several player owned homeworlds will also have no shields, or shields that are open to all (like Cathar). However some homeworlds do have active shields (like Tatooine).

Thanks, I'll check it out. It's not on the list of shops published by the admins, so I'd never have known to look there. Which planet, may I ask? Holocron says Dera IV has the highest pop.

Is anyone aware of the location of an NPC shop on a planet that is not entirely shielded? I've tried 4 planets already, and all were shielded.
