Did you try to register previously, but never received a response? Players seem to regularly find themselves unable to spell their e-mail address correctly, and if an account attempt gets approved, all subsequent attempts are rejected on the basis of violating the multi rules.
Did you attempt to register twice in rapid succession instead of waiting for one application to be approved? That would result in both being declined, and occasionally that will be the rejection message.
If none of those are the case, you should try registering again, and this time include your handle or e-mail address in this thread so we can take a look at why you're appearing as a multi.
That doesn't look like a valid e-mail address. Do you have an ISP address you can use, or if that is a private domain, the webmaster@domain or admin@domain account?
Your ISP is your internet service provider. Most internet providers offer e-mail addresses along with their service. Any e-mail address you are able to sign up for free on the internet is not valid for registration here.
Yes, your ISP e-mail is fine. That's what most people choose to use. You only need it to receive the password, then you can log in and set a free e-mail address in your account settings.
