I followed steps 1-3 of the pinned topic, but I still cannot log in. I would try a different browser, but I only have Internet Explorer (v6.0.2800.1106 if that helps.) It might be because I'm using Windows 98. If you have other members that can log in while using 98, then could you please give me some tips?
