Nick Doom	my brother would like to join the combine but he dus not want to join the same faction as me I am in a government type faction and he wants to join a mining faction he says he will happily join the mining faction affiliated with my government but as far as I can see this is still agent the rules I was wondering if some one could clear this if for me.

Syn	Yes, it's against the rules. Registered multis must be in the same faction or one or both freelance. Affiliated factions are not the same faction. ____________

Nick Doom	Thank for that and you carnt run mines freelance you need to be in a mining faction (not that he would have the money to build one but)

Syn	In a mining faction he'd likely be helping the faction out rather than running mines of his own, so it's kind of a moot point for the time being. If all he wants is to run some personal mines he could entrust them to a mining faction while he's in another faction; we have a lot of players who make agreements like that with different factions. ____________

Nick Doom	thank for that I will tell him to be honest I think that would soot him but as I keep telling him he need to earn money to build the mines or buy them 1st he seem to think he can just set them up and sell the minerals

Rika Lawson	Correct. One can be freelance and one in a faction. Or both are in the same faction. But, if one is in a faction, the other one can't be in another faction.
