How does a droid work? Can it be set to follow you everywhere you go without worry of losing it? And I heard that droid production is down. Are there used droids in the game that I can purchase? Thanks.

There are no droids yet. Droid production isn't down, it just hasn't been implemented yet, and as such droids do not yet exist. Therefore, droids *don't* work and can't be used at all.
