I cant create my character, I can log in to my profile, but when I go to create the character it just gives me a link to look at the rules, but there are no other links and no way to create my character, please help me out here!

Make sure you are using an up to date browser. If all else fails, I would recommend trying this on the Firefox browser as that seems to bypass most of these difficulties from the start.
