If he had his own vehicle,and it made its way back onto your ship,you should have kept it there while in orbit until he agreed to transfer credits to you for services rendered.After all,the cost to replace his vehicle would be far more costly than the 1000 credit fee you charged for transport - he would have transfered the credits.
