Hal Breden	Veynom handles these monetary donations personally - they don't go anywhere near Ranma. Ranma specifically states in the Sim News post that those CPs were for the Banner Exchange and Topsites list (and I suspect the Links library also, though that is not mentioned). Veynom is on vacation until November 2nd, which was also announced on the Sim News.
