I have a couple of questions regarding ship repair.

1. Has this feature been turned on?

2. If one has a decent repair ship skill rating does he need anything besides the appropriate materials (i.e. lomite, tibanna gas, etc.) to repair a ship?

3. Are there factions/organizations right now who are able to repair ships for a fee?
