You Cant. Dont even bother Trying to be a Jedi. Ask your Faction but even then your unlikally to be Tested and even then your unlikally to be FS. So dont even waste your Time.

There are very few who actually test players; your best bet is, as stated, by contacting someone higher up in your faction to find out if your faction has any connections. Otherwise, you may just need to wait until you've been here long enough to make some friends, and may end up with connections yourself.
