I am flying a yt1300 when I click on Hyperspace I see one dropdown box with HS speeds 1 to 6 which is normal but next to that box is another dropdown with .1 to .9. What is this second box for?

It allows you to alter you're hyperspeed with fractions. You can now choose anything from 0 to 6 by 1 decimal place. i.e 5.5, 5.6, 5.7.

You can't travel any higher then your maximum hyperspeed with it though, putting in 6.9 will just result in 6.

This is to help when you are trying to organise fleet hyper jumps and such. It allows you to fine tune your hyper so everyone can arrive at almost the same time, regardless of there hyper speed.
