Roy Starkiller	When I first saw a copy-and-pasted event regarding this, I thought it was just for governments...now I just got the event myself. My group puts up a facility on a planet it already controls, so, it gets a small refund (for lack of a better word) on construction costs? When did this Tax Administration thing go into effect? I don't remember seeing it ever announced on the news.
