I still haven't received my password,I tried to have it resent.I saw my characters name on the new member in the last 24 hours list.So i know it was acepted.I have tried to resend it.my name isn't on the new member in the last 24 hours anymore list so i figured it was sent i and i didnt get it.I set my internet spam settings so i figure it shoud resend it.My handle in Raeon Kensho and the e-mail is Colin@quadwave.net.Thank you!
So you tried to have it resent and you didn't get an "invalid e-mail" error but you just haven't received it? That means the problem is with your e-mail; all we can do about it is set a new e-mail address for you. Until you have logged into your account for the first time it must be a non-free e-mail address.
That's my only E-mail thats not free.Hmm I'm not sure what else to do.If it didn't work with my only paid e-mail.Any ideas?I don't know how to get another without paying for another account is there any way to cancel my account and try it again?
“is there any way to cancel my account and try it again?”
No, but that shouldn't be necessary as you could only be approved with a non-free e-mail, in which case we could just as easily change it for you. Unless you mean canceling your e-mail account, in which case I have no idea and you would have to contact your provider.
“Also i got a sucess message today, but still never recieved a password.”
Like I said, the only options we can suggest are those in the sticky thread. If it is a problem with your e-mail account being unable to receive the e-mails, the problem is on your end and we can't do anything about it aside from setting you a new e-mail address, or suggesting that you double-check spam settings or contact your provider to make sure the swcombine.com domain is not being blocked.
I checked my e-mail it should allow it.I ussually don't have problems with it.I looked through the threads.I can't change my E-mail,and i would rather not pay for changes or another service.I'm just a little confused of what to do.Thank you for all the help so far =)
If you have no other choice but to try a different e-mail address, perhaps you have a friend, online or offline, who might be willing to forward you the registration e-mail? After you've logged in you can set a free e-mail address in your account settings for future password retrievals.
