That is most likely the reason. Can you provide the handle and old e-mail address of the account you did not get a response for, as well as your correct e-mail address? That way we can fix it for you so you can access the existing account.
Im having the problem where I've waited for the acceptance or declination of my account through email but i haven't received anything from Combine. but when i tried to make anew one because i thought lack or response meant decline it says i already have an account. but with lost password i didnt recieve the password or anything. Does anyone have suggestions on what i could do. thanks
