I use IE
I have cleared my Cookies, cache, and Temporary internet files
when I go to sign in the main page refreshes

also my email has changed since I signed up and I do not
have access to the original email

If you need your e-mail address changed, please provide your old e-mail address and the one you want it changed to.

If you still know your password, just follow the steps in the sticky thread. It looks like you have already tried all but the most effective one, which is to try this on an alternate browser such as Firefox. It is not uncommon for IE users to suddenly have login troubles with this site, and switching to Firefox for a while tends to resolve that.

You need to have access to a valid e-mail address. I'm not sure I understand why you provided the other e-mail address if you can't access it..
