I switched ISPs shortly after I signed up and went out of town. I never retrieved my password before I switched, so my password is in limbo in my old e-mail account. How do I change my e-mail when I can't sign in.

Give the old e-mail you signed up with. Give the new (non-free) e-mail you want it changed to. It's a good idea to include the handle you signed up with, if you remember it.

Someone can then change it for you and send out a new password.

It has to be a non-free e-mail, like sign-up, since you have not logged into your account yet.
