I've got a question on how Custom Room images are supposed to work, specifically the public images avalible from the CP exchange.

I recently bought several images for different rooms on a capital ship I own, the exchange went through fine and the CP was deducted from my account. However when I got back to the ship and started exploring, I found that none of the room images had actually changed.

Now I'm not sure how the custom room images are actually supposed to work, I know I have them, but I'm not sure exactly where they are supposed to show up.

Will they work for facilities only or can they be used on ships as well?

Not sure if it's a bug base problem or if I'm just blind as a bat.

They are supposed to work, however you can only see them if you load the whole position page (not just the travel frame, which happens when you click the arrows) while in the room.
Additionally, are you sure you entered the room ID and not your ship's ID?

Positive, I double checked each time I entered in a new number. So the image is supposed to be where the room description and such are?

noob question here...

I just bought a custom image for my ship, do i have to do anything for it to show up, or is it an automatic process??

Yes, it's automatic. However, there seems to be a bug with room images at the moment, please check the bug base for the reported bug and - if you have additional information - add a note to it.
