When I open the "Rules" section to the right, and try to press the links, it only refreshes the page. Bug?

What URLs are you trying to load? My first guess without any information would be a browser issue, so if you're not using the latest Firefox, try that.

If you are clicking on the category links (e.g. General or Technology), then the page only refreshes since the categories don't have separate pages. If you click on the actual page links however (they appear when you mouseover the categories), then the page changes to the actual rules page.
If it doesn't, make sure you have javascript enabled.

I changed to Firefox. That solved it.
