I don`t know if this is only me or it`s a general something, maybe I missed the news about it but for some time the maps (city maps, inside system maps) are seems to be not really working for me.
When I move the mouse over the map the little help doesn`t shows up the one which shows the coords and info about the square and even can`t click on a map square to select destination or get scanner info, so I have to count the squares and enter the coords manually if I know where I`m going. I can`t move the city map to look around too.
I`m using the newest IE7 I think, the interesting is those little popup helps works everywhere except the map screens, and everything was worked fine before. I did not changed anything as far I know.
Yes I usually see that and said done with errors or something. Bah I cleaned the cache again but from the firewall this time and now looks like the map works again. Damn now I feel like a complete idiot.
Thanks, and please delete this topic.
IE has had problems with proper javascript code for ages, there's little we can do about it. As this website is designed to properly work in Firefox, using that browser is your best bet to get rid of the problem.
Firefox is one way to cure this problem and I can vouch for it. I also noticed that after upgrading Microsofts IE to the latest version on an XP machine I was fine as well.
