the mIRC download, on the guide it says its free, on the website it says its only free for thirty days. Which is correct? Is it legal to keep using mIRC for free after the 30 days

mIRC remains free, it just gives a pop-up after those thirty days. It's perfectly legal to keep on using it, and it loses no functionality.
