I'm quite interested in exact rules about ECM...
The only thing I found on rules page is:

Ships and Space Stations that are displayed on a Scan Map:

-Any ship or station where ECM < sensor power on that square  

and
If your sensors are higher that the target's ECM, then you will also know the number of passengers, ships and vehicles onboard the target.
 


My questions:
-where on rules pages I can find what happens when sensors=ECM?
-If my ECM>sensors ,is my ship invisible regardless of it's size?

If your ECM is greater than their sensors, it's invisible to them - yes (I fly a capital ship with quite a bit of ECM, and it doesn't show up to people who scan their area)

If Sensors = ECM, then it is not a case of Sensors > ECM, so presumably, the rule would not apply - and you could not see them
