In the past week, I tried to register with my partner's email address (which was accepted and not deemed as free as it comes with a mobile phone contract), but as I got no reply I remembered that I also have an email address with the same phone company, so I tracked down my log in information for it, and registered a few days later.
I got a reply the day after to my second attempt saying it was a suspicious registration because of the same IP being used to register etc. I replied to this mentioning the above, showing that it wasn't my intention to spam etc and that I was trying my best to register, made harder by the fact that this is only email I have that isn't free (which is very frustrating but understandable from a Combine admin point of view).
WHat do I do now?? I have replied again to the reply I got so hopefully I will get something through.... but no doubt luck will abandon me and Iwill be left wondering what's going on and STILL not being any closer to becoming a member!
I would have had an email provided by my internet service provider but due to their changing hands to Virgin Media I have no idea where to start looking for a new email with the new company, and even if I get one.
