I am on Glee Anselm and tried to enter the Civic Centre and received the following Message:

"The Civic Centre Glee Anselm Welcome Centre can not carry any more passengers."

I thought I should mention this as I believe anyone should be allowed to enter the facility? It will prevent NPCs being hired from this location.

Is it a starting location? Starting locations are well known to fill up with characters that spawned and never left. There was supposed to be something put on a To Do list to fix it eventually, but I never heard more about it. I'd suggest you try a Civic Centre that isn't a race spawning one.

Yes, it's the Nautolan spawning facility.

I think I may try a prod as I was going to do a sweep to try and contact new Nautolans to stop them going inactive.
