Earlier today I clicked the banners to vote for SWC, but the icons didn't disappear as they usually do. Later, to check I clicked one banner to check if it would disappear, and it did. It also gave me another 10 CPs. I'm not sure what was going on earlier, but it seems to be back to normal. However, I have 10 more CPs than I should.

If it's a bug that resolved itself, you probably don't have too much to worry about since the number of CPs is so small. It is always a good idea to report it, though.
