Well, I Had Applied a long time ago and i didn't receive an E-mail so i used the lost password link today and it said it was successfully sent to the E-Mail i had used for registration but i keep checking my email but it doesn't appear, Could someone please help me out with this problem?
Have you taken a look at the sticky thread in this forum that addresses the problem? The most we can do for you is set you a new e-mail address, if you are not able to resolve the problem from your side.
yes i have taken a look at the stickies and this is the only paid email address i have so unless u can send it to a hotmail account i dont see how i can fix this
If you haven't logged in yet, you do need a non-free e-mail address. But RoadRunner should work out fine; many users are able to receive their password at that e-mail address.
well, i was a former adelphia user and my father controls it and i dont know the email and password for the thing so that wont work for me sry, i must be a burden XD. any other ideas? maybe you could resend the email back to the Paid email i used, its josh@alpilon.com if u could try i'd be thankful
I (not the same guest who started this thread) am having similar problems. I submit my request to join yesterday but never received an email (to the school email address I used). I checked my spam folder and everything, but nothing. So, today I tried the lost password link several hours ago. I got the "Success" message, but I still have not received that email either. Again, it was not in my spam folder and I am still receiving emails (and spam) to that email address. I suppose I can try the lost password link again tomorrow, but is there anything better to do? I assume it is not a problem of typing in the wrong address, nor because my request to join was rejected, as I got the "success" message when I tried the lost password link.
See Sim News post (it can be accessed while logged out from the link on the main page). SWC is currently experiencing mail troubles since our recent server upgrade. Veynom has already contacted the host to have this resolved, so hopefully it will be working soon.
