Jeb`el Ras	There's a thread about it somewhere in the forums, Riax. It involved the RA and someone else who I can't remember. Unfortunately, the search function on the forums isn't that great. I believe it was in Traders Lounge, probably about 1 - 1 1/2 years ago. It also may have been referenced in the 'Power Grids' suggestion. Year 8 Day 225 2:00	Is this abuse ?
Syn	There was a sim news post about this back when it was implemented, as far as I recall, saying that people who repeatedly shut off power from someone who has generators in the city should be reported to ASims to be dealt with. Never actually came up since, though. ____________
