When i was approved it gave me the the password to use to log on with. Whenever I try to log on it tells me that the handle/password is incorrect.

I tried to enter it like 20 times. I quadruple checked my password for case-sensitivity but it still tells me the same message.

If you copy/paste your handle/password, make sure you don't copy any additional spaces in front or after the password.
If you type it manually and have an 1 (number one) or l (small letter L) in the password, make sure to use the correct one, they often look similar in the email.

If that still fails, get a new password with the Lost Password feature.

I also can't seem to log in. I just changed my password, so the Lost Password Feature won't let me change it. I also tried these suggestions:

1. Try the Lost Password feature (again). Also remember that the password is case sensitive.
2. Clear your temporary files and cookies. In IE this is under
Tools->Internet Options.
3. Ensure that your browser is set to accept cookies.
4. If all else fails, you will almost definitely be able to log in with an alternate browser, such as Firefox (www.mozilla.org/products/firefox).

Have you actually tried the 4th step? That fixes the problem in 99.9% of the cases.

Yup, I was using firefox at the time. I cleared the cache and cookies, closed and opened up a new window and tried again but to no avail. I then tried to log in using ie, but still no go. Any suggestions?

My first suggestion is to open your own thread for your problems rather than posting in someone else's. At this point the Guests are posting from three different IP addresses and it is a bit difficult to tell who is who.

Second, we need a bit more information. How are you unable to log in? Are you receiving an error message, or is the login page refreshing without any message?
