Luke Beach	Under Diplomacy its says,"A character with Diplomacy can reduce the amount he pays when hiring NPCs." My question is: has this part of the Diplomacy skill been implemented yet? Syn	Please add new questions in subsequent posts, as it is difficult to look through a post again to find what has been edited. A race with piloting restrictions in place cannot be acquired as a pilot (although pilot NPCs do not yet have an implemented function). ____________
