its a fallen fed ship, it was for my training

and now i've left FF and joined another fac the problem is i can get out of it

i've contacted the owner to tell him to unassign the ship but he hasn't replied

Maybe you should have gotten off their ship before leaving the faction??

But anyway, if you were using it, don't you remember where you were? Shouldn't be too hard to get someone to pick you up.

Why not send a message to the FF (Not though the ship's message owner feature, I mean message a member of the faction directly) and request some assistance?

The admins won't do anything until you have exhausted IC options. Once two or three weeks pass and you are unable to get a hold of someone, you can email assistants@swc and they will look into it.
