Kayleb	Can't do it. I'm the leader of my faction, so I have the privs. I don't own a cap, but I've always tried to post on GNS inside powered buildings. Not under arrest (yet) or travelling. Dont mind getting a news faction to post for me, but it's starting to get be bummed that I can't post. Is there some other rule about posting on GNS that I don't know about?
