Hello this ist my second posting and now I have a problem with my NPC(s). I bought them for one year and can't use it correctly.
At first I lost one of them, I don't changed the owner. It is possible that someone destroid it? There are no Messeges by this?
The second Problem is the steering of a NPC, how it works? My NPC is signt as a Merchant, Race=Human and the class is Conversational. How I can use it to buy something and how I can move it to an another place?
You can more NPCs by going to their location and adding them to your party, they will however not move by themselves.
You can check your NPCs' location from your inventory (note that you have an inventory for owned, "assigned" and "piloted" NPCs). NPCs also cannot be killed at this time, however they can be arrested.
Most NPCs don't have a function yet, Merchants belong into that category.
Ok thank you, the missing NPC isn't at my List and i'm shure I bougt two of the useless Merchants *grrrrr*. Now the point of moving is clear, but the NPC don't folow me out of a city is this right?
At the list I have only one NPC (I bought two of them) but where is the second one? If this one is arestet the must be on the List so I can see it or anithing else. I think I'm to stupid for this ;-)
If you happen to have the ID of the NPC we can look it up for you to find out where it is now.
Otherwise, it is a bit difficult to determine since it seems the purchases were too long ago to still remain in your event history. They do not change ownership for any reason, though, if you do not manually make them over to someone.. If you had privileges in a faction, could it be that you had purchased them for your faction, rather than for yourself?
