Leadership: This is the Mine's operator leadership skill My question is: Do the operator skill used is from the person who started the Mine ? Vip Fortuna	Well... the mining process is aborted when the operator is changed. (If I am informed correctly.) And since the operator must be physical present at the mine for at least one time to be able to start it, I think it is him whose stats count for the calculations. Your answer sounds logical in a way, as sound logical the way of think that as for FI, the amount is calcualted at end whith skill of the operator once FI runs. See?
