Jason Starshooter	whenever i click on anything under the rules section on the technical menu it just refreshes my current page so i cant view anything in the rules section. plz help

Hal Breden	I'm going to take a stab in the dark and assume that you're using Internet Explorer? Probably version 6, right? IE is notorious for not wanting to work right with different parts of the site, and the issues come up almost randomly - one person's IE will work, and the next person's doesn't. I'd recommend switching to the Firefox browser. If you really don't want to do that, you can still access the rules sections from the main rules page, which you can get to from the link at the top of every page.
