Stupid question, but to abolish uncertainty-

Under which title in the CP exchange area can I set a room image?

I don't mean this image>

But a larger one that fits in near the Room Description area.

The image you posted above cannot be changed with CPs, thus the "Room" option in the CP exchange is the one that allows you to replace the bigger image next to the room description.
