Now I know the galaxy is 1000 x 1000 systems, correct?
And the galaxy is divided into 4 quadrants of 500 x 500.
Now, is it possible to leave the galaxy, like, go to system point: (10000, 1) ????

No, you can't go beyond 500,500 and -500,-500.
