I have a little problem about using the NPC transport...

I'm currently located on Thyferra, and I must join my faction located on Manaan. In order to perform the trip, I go into the NPC spaceport, select a destination.

The droid asks me:

Unused Oceliane Glover, the trip to Mandalore Garrison on Manaan is scheduled for leave today and will arrive in approximatively 2 days and 20 hours. Would you like to purchase a ticket for 24,041 credits ?

I click on the "I confirm" button.

And then, this useless droid starts shaking his hands, and says:

It seems you were incorrectly informed. Only starports owned by transportation factions or the Star Tours company offer off-planet transport services.

I'm a bit confused about that... is it normal?

(and yes, I have enough credits to pay the trip...)
