I recently purchased several custom images for weapons I own, supplying both a large and a small image. I received the message saying that they had been accepted, so I went to look at my new weapons. However, only the small custom image has been changed. Who do I contact to correct this?

Also, is it possible to add descriptions for your items, weapons, ships, etc? If so, where is this done from?

edit: Wasn't the price of custom images lowered to 250 CPs?

Rather than start a new thread I thought I'd post here...

I purchased a custom item and it was approved, only I was charged 1000cps instead of 250. Who should I contact to correct this?

If that truely is the case then the CP Exchange Page needs some editing. I'm still confused as to what costs what.

I'm not so sure that's true, because I submitted a custom image after that SimNews and it still cost me 500 CPs. The SimNews says: "- Custom Item Images now cost 250 CPs." -- I don't think that extends to all assets; only changing the image of Custom Items.

That's why I asked. I have submitted several custom images post-simnews and I was deducted 500cps for each.
