Hi Rodney, what faction are you in? I have noticed you ahve asked alot of questions, and I thought that that would be the job of your factions trainer to teach you these things.

In your character profile you can change your picture.

You just need to upload a picture of the correct dimensions to a site like Photobucket.

After that, it's as easy as Manage->Character->Edit Character Profile.

Then fill in the URL to your picture.

And it's true that members of your faction will probably be more than willing to answer questions like this. Don't let that discourage you from asking questions altogether, but try and ask them first, if you can't find it in The Guide or the Rules.
