Hi am trying to board a ship owned by the faction am with my scaner picks it up but when i press travel and enter i get a messege saying there is no ship where you may enter where am oi going wrong.

You need to be at the exact same location, and it needs to be assigned to you (or have you on the crewlist). Talk to your faction about it.
