but my account isn't 24 hours old

Done - several times
“2. Clear your temporary files and cookies. In IE this is under Tools->Internet Options. ”


Done - several times over, even added swcombine as an exception.
“3. Ensure that your browser is set to accept cookies. ”


I'm typing this message in Firefox, and I have tried to use both IE and Firefox. IE won't get me past the login screen - "Your session expired. Please log in again."

In Firefox, it will let me log in after I've deleted all the cookies, and when I click a link on main page - after I'm logged in - it kicks me back to the login screen.

Please assist if able.
