Everytime I try to enter the cockpit I get a "Server is Down" error.
It has been this way for a couple of days, but my friends tell me they don't have the same problem.

Please help me.

might be internet explorer issue, ... try using firefox. I had that error with IE too years ago, ... before I switched to FF.

It is the same problem but the other way... I use Firefox, but it is working only with IE.

The problem in this case is actually your browser's cache. Clear it and it will work fine again.

Explanation: Your browser saves website data to allow quicker access/reduced loading times. In this case, the browser saved the "Server Down" page for your cockpit. Clearing the cache allows your browser to get the current page's data.
