Barbaros Tunc	i can't add "working NPCs" to my party. they are assigned to me but i can't change their status to idle? for example this NPC Race: Human Class: Conversational Dirt Hauler - Can Mine Status: Working, how can i do this?

Cesodevo Avina	They are working. Hence, they are busy. In other words, they are too concentrated on doing their work than coming with you. Once they finish their work though (Working -> Idle) then they will follow you around if you ask them to. But forcing people to interrupt their work just to follow you around won't do and just make the builders think badly of you. Just wait until they are done. ____________ Time to go to war with the Flame Tigers!

Vip Fortuna	And this special NPC type 'Dirthauler' can just be set to idle when you are in the Command Room of the same mine he is in. In the 'Facility Management' screen push --> ACTION --> MINING/FARM --> ADD NPC Then use the checkboxes to change the status of your NPC. edit: I have not tried that yet, but since the NPC must be owned by the mining faction, it might be possible to make them over to someone else.
