Cesodevo Avina	I think this goes to Traders Lounge, since that place is often used for Lost/Found things such as this. But could you be a little more specific about it? NPCs can end up having the same names at times, so there could be hundreds of NPCs with those names. Maybe a location would be helpful? ____________ Time to go to war with the Flame Tigers!

Ralgarrch	The identity of those who arrested your NPC's is IC information, the admin will not give it to you and this isn't the place to try finding it from other players. The traders lounge would probably be the most appropriate place as it is often used for similar matters, might be an idea to check with a moderator beforehand however. ____________
