Gideon Stargazer	I recently had someone tell me in a DM they were building a private "Tax Moon". That peeked my interest so I went and re-read the rules. My understanding of the rules is you must be a government faction to collect taxes. My question: Can a non-faction entity collect taxes if it owns the Moon/Astroid? Thanks, Gideon ____________
