It'd probably be faster to mail assistants@swc. They can get you in touch with the pilot, or maybe move you if you've been stuck long enough.

On your position page you should see a stuck on a random ship button. Click that and seek help from the ships owner. Otherwise if you can see anybody else on the ship you could hail (talk to) them and ask them if they could drop you off.
