Syn	To get a building permit you need to be in the city you want to build in and start the building process (Facility Construction) -- when you attempt it once you will get an option to request permit, then will need to wait for the faction to approve you. You can buy stocks of any factions which are selling them. The best place to look is the GM - http://www.swc-gm.com Selling prices are currently based on rarity of the stock. ____________
