Guest/Visitor	i tried everything in the sticky trouble post. me handle in Nick Raven and it says incorrect handle or password. i also tried it with a different account and was not able to log in. it says incorrect handle or password. i entered everything as it was in my letter

Togan Jano	Please make sure you enter the password correctly. If you copy/paste it from the email, make sure you don't copy any additional whitespaces before/after the password. If you type it in manually, make sure you capitalise the correct letters. Also make sure that you type the correct character. Some fonts display 1 (number one) and l (letter L) similarly. ____________
