Year 9 Day 187 19:18	Cant log in
Guest/Visitor	I have just made an account Zan Tarrk, and changed my password so i could remember it easier. after i changed my password i could no longer log into the account. I checked the problem center, and then did everything the "problems with logging in" post said to do, and I usually use Firefox. If an Admin could help me out, i would greatly appreciate it.

Guest/Visitor	I tried my previous password, but it didn't work either. i have checked my passwords spellings, and even copy/pasted them. but it doesn't work sorry for any troubles

Ocejela Opop	I checked your profile it says you've logged in today. Maybe is admin has locked access to your account while they change your password? Account activation/deniel/passwords changes are done manually by admin. Admin/moderator will post here eventually. They will have it answered for you for sure. No troubles, I don't really have anything to do so I might as well try to help.

Guest/Visitor	Ok thank you, that seems reasonable. I did log in earlier, then logged out after my toon creation, thats when I changed my password. well again thank you for your assistance.

Ocejela Opop	One word of advice. Don't let this game take over your life. Real life is more important then this game, school, work, relationships real life matters. Playing this game doesn't. I am speaking from experience I am addicted to this darn game, and I play it everyday.

While account activation is manual, password changes are automated. If you cannot log in after changing your password, then most likely you made a mistake typing your desired new password. If you use the Lost Password feature, you will be able to get a new password (although it may make you wait 24 hours after account activation, I can't be sure) and can log in with that, and then attempt to set your own preferred password again. If you still can't log in after retrieving a new password, post again and someone can check there isn't a problem with your account, and possibly try a manual password reset. ____________ "May the Grace of Ara go with you, and His Vengeance be wrought upon your enemies." When you don't know the answer, especially in Questions for Admin, don't reply. Togan Jano	Guest/Visitoir, if your new password doesn't work, try the following: - if you manually type your password, make sure you don't mistake a 1 (number one) for an l (letter L) as they look similar in some fonts - if you copy/paste your password, make sure you don't copy any additional whitespaces before/after the password - check the number of *s in the password field if they match the number of characters in your password, sometimes people don't clear out all of them before entering their new password. If all of the above still doesn't work, do as Hal said. ____________
